Falcon Couture
(Uniforms)
Committee Chair:
Sherra Gallaher
Assists in fitting all band members with correct uniforms at the beginning of season
Sets and removes plumes at football games, competitions and other performances and assists in other uniforming tasks as needed
During season, repairs and exchanges uniform pieces
Small committee of volunteers work together to fulfill uniforming needs for the entire season
Falcon Feasts
(Food Committee)
Committee Chair:
Romina White
Assists in planning, prepping and serving meals and snacks during band camp, Spectacle of Sound and competitions
Ability to sign up for individual events as schedules/time allows
Falcon Eyes
(Chaperones)
Committee Chair:
Claire Washburn
Attend short chaperoning training meeting prior to season
Assist in supervising students on bus rides
Sleep in gym and supervise students during overnight trips
Assists Falcon Feasts committee in serving meals and snacks
Assists in moving props for competitions
Ability to sign up for individual events as schedules/time allows
Falcon Productions
(Prop Building)
Committee Chairs:

Builds, assembles and paints props as directed by prop coordinator
Work opportunities from basic skills to carpentry level skills utilized
Ability to sign up for work days as schedules/time allows
Spectacle of Sound
(Marching Band Showcase)
Committee Chair:
Josh Parsons
Works with VP Communications to create promotional materials for the event
Works with Vice President-Fundraising and a committee to plan the event
Tasks could include: helping with pre-event activities, working entrance ticket booth, assisting visiting school’s bands, helping work the concession stand, assisting with clean up
Craft Fair

Attends craft fair committee meetings
Sub-committee members for the craft fair committee include: Vendor Coordinator, Facility Coordinator, Cash Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Concession/Bake Sale Coordinator, Advertising Coordinator and Vendor Promotion team
Other tasks could include: helping with pre-event activities, working entrance ticket booth, assisting vendors with set up/tear down, helping work the concession stand
Car Wash

Works with Vice President-Fundraising and a committee to plan fundraising event
Works with VP Communications to create promotional materials for the event
Tasks could include: assisting with advertising, collecting materials needed (hoses, sprayers, towels, cleaning supplies), helping with setup prior to fundraiser, communicating with venue regarding dates/specifics, working donation table, assisting with washing/drying cars, cleaning up after the event
Dippin' Dots
(Hoopfest and Pig Out in the Park)
Committee Chair:
Janna Moss
Works with Vice President-Fundraising and a committee to plan for Hoopfest and Pig out in the Park
Tasks could include: working with committee to streamline processes of setting up the booths, accounting for money and tracking product opened, signing up for volunteer slots at HoopFest and Pig Out in the Park events to scoop and sell ice cream
Media Committee

Works with VP Communications to plan event photography
The Media Committee is responsible for capturing and archiving photographic and video memories of the Regiment at competitions, football games, Spectacle of Sound, etc.
These photos and videos are then available to Regiment families for their enjoyment, as well as used for program marketing purposes.

Papa Murphy's Pizza Night

Works with VP Communications to create promotional materials for the event
Communicates with owner of Papa Murphy's, Liberty Lake to select date(s)/ times of the event.
Secures donation at the end of the event and submits to Treasurer.
Flower Baskets
Committee Chair:

Works with Vice President-Fundraising and a committee to plan event.
Works with VP Communications to create promotional materials for the event
Communicates with owner of Blumengarten Greenhouses to select date(s)/times of due date for orders.
Selects date/time for purchasers to pick up baskets.
Secures donation at the end of the event and submits to Treasurer.
Parent Connect
Committee Chair:
Claire Washburn
Works with Parent Outreach to secure a team of veteran parents to mentor freshman/new to marching band families.
Regularly communicates with families about events and what to expect.
Information will be provided to volunteers to communicate with families.
Provide a safe space for new families to ask questions
Grants and Sponsorships
Shelley Anderson
Research, draft, and submit proposals that help our organization receive grant funding/sponsorship donations.
Reports progress and submits funds to Assistant Treasurer.
Can be complete as an individual volunteer or can develop into a committee if needed.
