**Registration for all other non-returning vendors opens July 15th.

Vendor Information
Set Up/Tear Down:
Ridgeline band, color guard, and parent boosters will provide free help carrying your displays into and out of the building. There is no need to check in with our vendor concierge, but if you do have questions they will be located in the COMMONS for assistance.
Friday, December 1st: 6:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M.
Saturday, December 2nd: 6:30-8:45 A.M.
Sunday, December 3rd: 8:00 open to vendors
Tear Down at 4:00 P.M. on Sunday
We ask that you stay for the entirety of the event and do not tear down your booth early.
KXLY Homepage Takeover--Our marquee ads will be displayed on kxly.com and on the mobile app on November 16th and 17th. The ads are clickable and will take people to our Facebook event page.

Vendor Unloading/Loading Zones
Volunteers will be posted at these zone locations to help you unload/load your items. Quickly move your vehicle out of the zone once your items have been unloaded/loaded.
You may park in visitor, student, or vendor parking on Friday night.
We ask that you park in vendor parking on the east side of the school on Saturday and Sunday.
COMMONS
From Country Vista, take the main entrance into the high school.
Continue through the roundabout to the second exit towards the main entrance of the high school.
FIELDHOUSE
From Country Vista, take the main entrance into the high school.
Take the first exit at the roundabout and follow the street to the far side of the parking lot.
Take a left into the parking lot and go to the far end of the lot near the football stadium. At the end of the lot, go left and continue straight until you see our volunteers at the side doors of the school.
GYM
From Country Vista, take the main entrance into the high school.
Continue through the roundabout to the third exit and turn right onto the road in front of the east side of the school.
Turn right onto Henry Road.
Take the second right into the school parking lot behind the high school. Stay straight until you get to the bus loop.
