Set-Up & Tear-Down Details
Set-Up & Tear-Down Details
The Ridgeline Band, Color Guard, and parent boosters will be available to help carry your displays in and out of the building—free of charge!
There is no need to check in with our vendor concierge, but they’ll be stationed in the Commons to answer questions.
Helpful Tip:
To avoid congestion, please avoid arriving exactly at 6:00 P.M. on Friday, as that’s our busiest time for unloading. Arriving later will help speed up the process.
🚗 Unloading & Parking
Volunteers will assist with unloading at the main entrance—please move your vehicle promptly once unloaded.
Parking:
Friday night: Visitor, student, or vendor parking.
Saturday & Sunday: Please use vendor parking on the east side of the school.
Set-Up Times:
🕕 Friday, December 5: 6:00–9:00 P.M.
🌅 Saturday, December 6: 6:30–8:45 A.M.
☕ Sunday, December 7: Opens to vendors at 9:00 A.M.
Tear-Down:
🧺 Sunday, December 7 at 3:00 P.M.
Please plan to stay for the entire event—early teardown is not permitted.
Vendor Unloading/Loading Zones
Vendor Unloading/Loading Zones
Volunteers will be posted at these zone locations to help you unload/load your items. Quickly move your vehicle out of the zone once your items have been unloaded/loaded.
You may park in visitor, student, or vendor parking on Friday night.
We ask that you park in vendor parking on the east side of the school on Saturday and Sunday.
COMMONS
From Country Vista, take the main entrance into the high school.
Continue through the roundabout to the second exit towards the main entrance of the high school.
FIELDHOUSE
From Country Vista, take the main entrance into the high school.
Take the first exit at the roundabout and follow the street to the far side of the parking lot.
Take a left into the parking lot and go to the far end of the lot near the football stadium. At the end of the lot, go left and continue straight until you see our volunteers at the side doors of the school.
GYM
From Country Vista, take the main entrance into the high school.
Continue through the roundabout to the third exit and turn right onto the road in front of the east side of the school.
Turn right onto Henry Road.
Take the second right into the school parking lot behind the high school. Stay straight until you get to the bus loop.
