Dates:
December 6th- Set Up 6:00 PM-9:00 PM
December 7th- Set Up 6:30 AM-8:45 AM, Event 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
December 8th- Set Up 8:00 AM-8:45 AM, Event 9:00 AM-3:00 PM, Tear Down 3:00 PM
Registration:
Payment through our secured Square site will be the only form of payment accepted. No checks or cash will be accepted as a form of payment.
Your emailed receipt from Square is your proof of registration. Boosters will contact you if we cannot fulfill your request and issue you a refund.
Commercial product(s) must be approved to ensure limited vendors per product (For example: Pampered Chef, Party Lite, Tupperware, etc.). You must disclose on the Square registration page what product you are representing. The Boosters will reimburse for multiple commercial product bookings.
No food items may be offered without permission from the Boosters.
Exhibitors may only have FREE drawings or raffles in their booths.
Discounted rate for returning vendors until July 31st.
There is no guarantee that returning vendors will receive their same booth assignment, however we will try our best to accommodate requests. Change requests to new locations will be considered if the spot has been vacated by a previous vendor. Slight adjustments may be needed to accommodate all vendors.
No refunds.
Vendor Spaces:
Exhibitors must have someone attending their exhibit until closing both days. No vacating early.
ALL WALL spaces are 10’ long by 8’ deep.
ALL other spaces are NOT located on a wall. They are 10’ long by 10’ deep.
If electricity is purchased (optional), exhibitors must bring their own 50 foot cord.
If meal plans are purchased (optional), meals will be delivered to you.
If tables are purchased for use (optional), they will be delivered to you on the day of set up.
Two folding chairs per booth are available to you per request upon arrival for set up.
No displays can go beyond the taped boundaries, this includes all tables and chairs used in the booth.
All exhibits must allow room to exit.
Tax matters are the responsibility of the exhibitors. Contact the Washington State Department of Revenue for information on temporary permits.
Set Up/Tear Down:
Volunteers will be available to direct you to the best unloading and parking areas. Please unload as quickly as possible and MOVE YOUR VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY so others may do the same. We must ask that everyone cooperate by not blocking entrances, exits, or roadways.
Important Dates:
MONDAY, July 1: Exclusive early discounted rate for returning vendors.
THURSDAY, August 1: Open registration to all other interested vendors.
MID November: Vendor assignments communicated via email and posted on the website.
FRIDAY, December 6: Booth set-up is available at 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
SATURDAY, December 7: Doors will open at 6:30 AM Vendors must be “show ready” by 8:45 AM
SUNDAY, December 8: Doors open at 8:00 AM for crafters. Tear down is at 3:00 PM.
Vendor Unloading/Loading Zones
Volunteers will be posted at these zone locations to help you unload/load your items. Quickly move your vehicle out of the zone once your items have been unloaded/loaded.
You may park in visitor, student, or vendor parking on Friday night.
We ask that you park in vendor parking on the east side of the school on Saturday and Sunday.
COMMONS
From Country Vista, take the main entrance into the high school.
Continue through the roundabout to the second exit towards the main entrance of the high school.
FIELDHOUSE
From Country Vista, take the main entrance into the high school.
Take the first exit at the roundabout and follow the street to the far side of the parking lot.
Take a left into the parking lot and go to the far end of the lot near the football stadium. At the end of the lot, go left and continue straight until you see our volunteers at the side doors of the school.
GYM
From Country Vista, take the main entrance into the high school.
Continue through the roundabout to the third exit and turn right onto the road in front of the east side of the school.
Turn right onto Henry Road.
Take the second right into the school parking lot behind the high school. Stay straight until you get to the bus loop.
